  • Collect your items: photos, negatives, slides, videotapes, film reels, or audio cassettes.

  • Count how many items you have—no need to be exact, just a good estimate.

Tip: If you’re unsure how many tapes or photos you have, just provide your best estimate in the order form. The final invoice will include the total count of digitized items or any items that could not be digitized.

✅ Step 2: Place Your Order

Fill Out the Online Order Form

  • Select the types of media you’re sending and the digitizing options you prefer (USB, cloud download, or both).

  • Enter your contact details and shipping information.

  • Pay a 50% estimated deposit to get started.

Your deposit secures your order. The final balance is calculated after we process your items.

✅ Step 3: Pack & Send

Secure Your Items for the Journey

  • Carefully pack your media using bubble wrap or sturdy boxes.

  • Attach the provided shipping label or send it to the address shown on your order confirmation.

  • Drop it off at your local post office or courier service.

Don’t worry — your precious memories are safe with us. We treat them like our own!

🔄 We Get to Work

Digitizing Magic Begins

  • As soon as your package arrives, we check everything in.

  • Our technicians clean, inspect, and digitize each item.

  • If an item is blank, damaged, or unplayable, we skip it — no charge for items without content.

💳 Final Invoice

Pay Your Remaining Balance

  • Once digitizing is complete, we tally the exact number of items successfully converted.

  • You’ll receive a final invoice minus your deposit. Pay easily online.

📦 Delivery Time

Get Your Memories Back

  • We return all your original media, along with your digitized files on a USB drive and/or via a secure cloud download link.

  • Enjoy, share, and preserve your memories for generations!
